Cold air much?

One Saturday afternoon, we made an impromptu Genting trip.

Alvin picked me up then head to Subang to pick WeiLing.

We had trouble meeting WeiLing because of miscommunications.
Turned around Subang for nearly an hour! lol

While waiting for WeiLing.....

After nearly 2 hours of miscommunications, it's time to head up to Genting :)

We took less than an hour to reach Genting thanx to Alvin's driving.

Genting that day was quite cold.

Maybe because it rain the day before.

But cold weather is awesome.
How I wish KL weather is like Genting weather.

Spend the afternoon in Starbucks, Genting :)

I went Genting for quite alot of time in two weeks time.

Maybe KL weather is too hot for me! ):

I miss going up Genting for Starbucks already .

Farewell yet again ...

Mei Wan's farewell was at Tao Cuisine, Sunway Giza.

The best japanese cuisine I tasted so far.But it's more like it's Asian cuisine.

Beats Jogoya and Tenji big time.

Give it a go if you are in KL :)

It's a buffet type so food lovers out there will love it :)

Scallop that we ordered third round for it.

So imagine how good it is :)

Fried calamari.

Abalone.

White fish.. Orgamsic :)

Sushi, jelly fish and etc

Mmmm. What do you like

I can know say that I can breathe again after a hectic two weeks :)
The weekend was a little crazy. But then ignorance is always blissful :)
So heck it.
Updates. A little outdated but better late than never :)

Finally a catch up over dinner after god knows how long.

More like the timing isnt right for everyone.

Dinner with the usual gang :)

And finally after a year plus im back, I met up with Ming Yang :)

Dinner was at Kitchen Creatures, Centerpoint.

Read about it in a few food blogger and we decided to give it a go :)

 

No frills dining. Meaning we are not charged with the 5% or 10% taxes that we are charged everytime we eat out. Except in hawker stall or mamak of course!

As usual, Renjiun, alvin & I were the first few to arrive.

Seeing that we were starving like mad, we decided to order some appetizers while waiting for our Yinz

Fried mushroom.

We actually ordered the baked stuffed mushroom.

They messed up our order :/

But we were too strving to care and make a big fuss out of it.

Seriously pathethic 3 pieces of garlic bread. Lol.

Finally, Yinz arrived. 1 hour plus late -.- Zzz. lol

I ordered pies, which turned out to be very mini :/

I had Chicken pie & Chunky tuna, egg & macaroni
Chicken pie is not bad :) but the mash potato was a little cold :/

Beef Stroganoff

Baked stuffed mushroom.

Bacon Carbonara

Chicken Shiitake

Seafood marinara pizza

The food there isnt what we expected it to be. It's alright if u're looking for just something to eat.

The price is reasonable and environment is not bad :)

After dinner, RenJiun & MingYang headed home while the three of us headed to Starbucks to chill and talk and catch up :)

It tasted like strawberry milkshake except it is much more expensive than a normal milkshake -.-

I never knew how much I miss my Pre-Uni days until I met up with WeiLing.

To be honest, Monash days werent my best memories so far.

I wouldnt trade my high school and pre-uni memories for anything :)

I still havent receive pictures from other half Anne yet on our girls gossip session.

Honestly, the food isnt something I would recommend.

But it's a good place for catch-up.
